Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 May 2026
UnityTrip ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
This policy covers the unitytrip.com website only. Use of the UnityTrip platform itself is governed by the separate subscription agreement under which it is supplied.
What we collect
Through this website we collect only the information you choose to give us:
- When you use our contact form: your name, email address, company, and message.
- If you enable them, analytics tools may collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, approximate region, and browser type. See our Cookies page for detail.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about UnityTrip. We use analytics data, where enabled, only to understand how the website is used and to improve it.
How it is processed and stored
Contact form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspark) and delivered to us by email. Website hosting is provided on Microsoft Azure. These providers act as our processors and hold data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and then for a reasonable period for our business records, after which it is deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers described above, as necessary to operate this website, and where required by law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and request correction of it. To make a request, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us through the form on this site.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
